Luggage lockers
Self-service lockers are located on the ground floor, in five sizes. Prices run from about CHF 5 to CHF 15 per 6 hours depending on the size and the season, with a reduced rate for each additional 6-hour period. Maximum rental: 96 hours.

Three bike parks serve the station, for a total of just over 500 spaces:
- Montbrillant — 332 spaces
- SBB Cornavin — 148 spaces

When is the station busy?
Cornavin is normally very busy between 17:00 and 18:00. If you can choose, travelling before 07:00 or after 20:00 is noticeably calmer — worth knowing if you are moving with luggage or with children.
Tickets and ticket office
The SBB ticket office (tickets, travelcards and leisure offers) is open Monday to Friday 6:30am–9pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am–8pm, 365 days a year (hours published by SBB, valid since 31 August 2026). Ticket machines are in the main hall, and the SBB app or website is still the quickest option at busy times. Current hours on the station page on sbb.ch.
Lost property
If you leave something on a train or in the station, file a free online loss report with SBB — even if you know where the item is. SBB notifies you as soon as it is found, and again when it is ready to collect. Collection carries a fee: CHF 20 (CHF 10 with a GA Travelcard), CHF 25 for electronics and bulky items (CHF 15 with a GA). Travellers with reduced mobility
Help boarding and leaving the train is free of charge. Book it with the SBB Contact Center Handicap on 0800 007 102 (free from Switzerland, daily 5am to midnight; from abroad +41 800 007 102), or online at swisspass.ch/handicap. Book at least 1 hour ahead for travel within Switzerland (2 hours in some cases) and 24 hours ahead for international journeys; for departures before 6am, book by 11pm the evening before. The same number arranges SBB Assist, free help inside the station to find your way and change trains. The P+Rail Genève Cornavin car park includes one accessible space.
