Arriving by train at Geneva Cornavin? A chauffeur or an assistant waits for you on the platform or in the concourse with a name sign and carries your luggage. Two options, also designed for families, groups and reduced-mobility travellers.
Two welcome options
Option 1 — Greeting + luggage
From CHF 90 (+CHF 30 per additional person)

Option 2 — Extended assistance
From CHF 150 (+CHF 30 per additional person)
- Everything included in Option 1
- Escort from the platform to your taxi, a nearby hotel or your onward connection (train, bus, tram)
- Assistance suited to families, groups and reduced-mobility travellers
How to book
Book online at least 2 hours before your train arrives, stating your train number and arrival time. Add “meet & greet” in your booking notes.

Yes. The escort (Option 2) can be booked on its own. Option 1 usually accompanies a transfer to the airport, a hotel or the Alps.
